Forget white or blue,
it’s going to be a “green” Christmas this year. Anniston’s annual Christmas
Parade, which will be held on Friday night, Dec. 7 at 7pm, will have a
Sustainability theme to encourage parade entrants to promote an environmental
theme and to use recycled or natural materials in their floats. Substantial
cash prizes will be awarded to the Best Educational or Nonprofit Float
and to Best Band. Businesses, large and small, are encouraged to enter
also. For more information on registration,
